Have been meaning to contact you to let you know how good the beef fillet was. I ordered it from you as an extra for beef wellington, as a special meal for our family get-together and it was really lovely, so thought you might like to know that.

We also had a fantastic shoulder of lamb from you previously - whenever we have had shoulder before it has been fatty and not my favourite cut, but the one you provided was meaty and well prepared by your butcher and so tasty. The pies were great too! We are very much enjoying our regular box orders.
