Lamb & Mutton is reared Free Range in the Widecombe Valley and commons of Hound Tor and Widecombe. Native breeds are Scotch Blackface and Dartmoor White Face
- Each carcass is traced back to the Herd Number
- Each animal will never have lived a day of it’s life off Dartmoor
- Each animal will only have travelled up to 6 miles from pasture to butchery
- It will only have been reared naturally on a grass based diet
- All lamb is freshly cut and packed to order
